Sign-In Help
AlumniPassport is an on-demand service that allows you to easily sign-in to all Alumni Communities through a single login. This allows you to access multiple Alumni Communities without needing to create a new profile each time.
Once you sign in, your AlumniPassport page displays all your applications in one location. Simply, click the application's corresponding icon and each application opens in a new browser window or tab and you are automatically logged-in.
Enhanced Security
When you login for the first time, depending on the security settings of your organization you maybe asked to complete MFA enrollment. This is a process to validate your identity and ensure the increased security to your account. MFA options may include a secondary email address, SMS pin codes or the use of the authenticator application.
If you are requested to enroll in MFA as a mandatory step during signup or login, then this is a requirement of the organization. If it is an optional step, then you may choose to bypass MFA enrollment.
Migrated Accounts
If your organization switched Alumni Providers and the screens and pages look different, please enter your e-mail on the login page, this will prompt a system generated email to set your new password.
If you cannot remember the email address you signed up with, please click on the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page and enter your current/historic emails.
If a user record matches the email, a system generated email will be sent to the email address for you to reset your password.
FAQ
Q: What should I do if I forget my username or password?
A: Click I can't access my account on the sign-in page, enter the primary or secondary email address you listed in during registration, and click Send Email. Look in your inbox for the system generated email and follow the prompts.
Q: I cannot get MFA to work
A: If you are having difficulty signing in or experience a technical issue, please visit the homepage of your Alumni Community and click "Contact Us" to submit a support request.
